Kingdom Security Ltd utilises a Quality Manual in order to fully document Company Polices and Procedures.

The Manual describes the Company's dedication to Quality and the processes used in order to fully maintain Quality Assurance.

This Manual specifies requirements for the quality management system of Kingdom Security Ltd in order that it may demonstrate its capability to provide conforming products and/or services. The requirements are aimed at achieving customer satisfaction by meeting requirements through applying the management system, continually improving it, and by avoiding nonconformity.

It also includes the activities associated with and incorporating the industry guideline standards of BS 7499:2002 Static site guarding and mobile patrol services - Code of practice, BS 7984:2001 Keyholding and response services - Code of practice, and BS 7858:2002 Code of practice for Security screening of personnel employed in a security environment.

The manual is applicable to the operations of Kingdom Security Ltd for the security officer activities of:

Static Guarding, Mobile Patrol and Keyholding and Response Services.

Polices such as Health and Safety, Equal Opportunities, Environmental and Data Protection are all included in the Manual. There are also a full range of procedures, covering Non-Conformance, Process Control, Customer Property and Disciplinary Procedure to name but a few.
