In memory of Bill Burns
Bill Burns 1962 - 2008 It is with very great regret that the company announces the premature death of a great character, an extremely hard working guy and someone who would do his best for all. He didn’t suffer fools, could be blunt and outspoken, but was totally dedicated and a close friend to many, especially Terry Barton, the Managing Director. Bill will be sadly missed and our hearts go out to his wife, Carole, and his daughter, Natalie. |

Be better at what you do
In April 2008 we rolled out two new training programs. The Advanced Training Program will advance guards knowledge and act as refresher training. Training will be carried our during routine guard welfare visits by the Supervisory Division and covers Arrest, Emergencies, Search, Person Descriptions, Duties, Client Relations and Loss Prevention. |

We encourage our clients to provide commendations for good work. Commendations to our staff are advertised within our monthly staff magazine (The Insider) which forms part of our “Staff Commitment Charter” to ensure we communicate effectively.... |
